By accessing or using the RexuAI platform (also referred to as "ResumeAI", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website at https://resumeai.app and our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

RexuAI provides AI-driven career tools, including a heuristic resume rewriter, an ATS scoring checker, template generation, PDF compilation, and a cover letter builder. These services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or specific career outcomes.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our platform utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models (such as Google Gemini and OpenAI) to suggest text, keywords, and optimizations. While we strive to provide helpful suggestions, we do not guarantee the factual accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all resume content before using it for job applications.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

We offer Free and Pro subscription tiers. Our payments are managed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) and Apple App Store (for iOS subscriptions). Subscription renewals, billing disputes, and cancellations are governed by their respective platform terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Apple Subscriptions.

5. Apple Standard EULA

For users accessing our services via Apple iOS devices, these Terms incorporate Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

6. Content Ownership & License

You retain full ownership of the text, credentials, and work history you input. By using the platform, you grant RexuAI a limited license to process, store, and format your content to provide the services. We do not sell or distribute your private resumes to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RexuAI and its parent entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform (including but not limited to missed career opportunities or data loss).
